TORONTO, CANADA- Photographic artist Andreas Rutkauskas is the winner of the next annual Prefix Prize. He is a artistic documentarian who captures landscapes marred by industrial and technological intervention. About Andreas Rutkauskas

An award-winning photographic artist, Andreas Rutkauskas holds a BFA from the College of Manitoba (Winnipeg) and an MFA in Images from Concordia College (Montréal).
